Appearance
Perci has orange eyes, freckles, and sandy blonde hair kept in place by a dark blue headband. He has small golden wings with long feathers and a small yellow halo around his right calf in the shape of the sign of Perseus.
He wears a dark blue shawl with golden accents and tassels over a blue tunic with a gold belt. He also wears dark blue shorts with gold accents over brown toeless leggings as well as brown elbow-length gloves.
It is unknown where his birthmark is.
