Roseia is a mermaid living in the Human Realm, earning her living as a sailor. She first appeared in Icicle Bay, though it is unknown if she actually lives there or if she and her crew were just passing through.
She appears to have quite a few discriminatory views against humans, but tolerates them for the most part.

Roseia has pale skin, red eyes, and pink shoulder-length hair with an asymmetrical cut. She wears a white sailor's blouse with a salmon-colored neckerchief and dark red pants that stop mid-calf.
